The La Pradera estate is located in the mountains close to the Chicamocha canyon. At 1700 meters it receives the perfect conditions to grow amazing coffee. The canyon provides low humidity, good sunlight and warm winds. With over 350,000 trees, Hector Daza and his son Oscar tend to a variety of different coffee types including Tabi, Typica, Geisha and Bourbon varietals. In addition, this coffee is certified Organic.
This coffee is a very recent arrival and tastes of sweet citrus, milk chocolate, toasted nuts and a hint of raspberry fruit. The mouth feel is silky and the acidity is nicely balanced.
