shipping and handling


  • Get $6.25 flat rate ground shipping within the continental US.
  • Get free ground shipping on orders of $50 or more within the continental US.
  • If you'd like to save on shipping, and the option is available to you, select Roastery Pick-Up as your shipping option and we will contact you when your order is ready.
  • Flat rate and free shipping offers are subject to change at any time.
  • All orders of up to 3 bags will be shipped via USPS. In that case you must provide an address with a mail box that can accept small packages. Tracking is available via USPS.


Through our site: Log in and go to My Account or click on your user-name on the upper left side of the site. Find your completed order and click "view." Here you'll see your tracking number. Most packages will be shipped via USPS though some might be shipped via UPS.

We make every attempt to ship your order 1 day after it has been roasted and QC'd but it may be as much as 2 days. Currently all coffee is roasted on Monday unless Monday is a holiday. We ship everything from Zip code 10573. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on major holidays. We will use the contact information you provide with your order so please make sure it is correct. Path Coffee Roasters is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and the customer may be responsible for any additional fees incurred to get your package to the correct address.

All of our shipping is via UPS or USPS though we may ship using any other carrier at our discretion. We are also closed during all major holidays (New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and any order received just before or during will be roasted and shipped after.


Currently we only ship inside the continental US, though for wholesale accounts we will work to get you your coffee in the best possible way.

The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses are the responsibility of the purchaser. You are responsible for logging into your account to view your tracking code if available. At this time no tracking code will be emailed to you. Path Coffee Roasters is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility and we do not guarantee arrival times.


We do ship to military bases and APO addresses. If you are having trouble with those particular addresses please contact us and we will get it handled.

Changes and cancellations to orders must be communicated to us within 24 hours of the original order submission. You may utilize the contact us feature of our site or call us at 914.305.3595. If no one is there to take your call please leave a message with your name, contact phone number and order number.

Since shipping is part of the transaction, but not the product, we can not refund any of the shipping costs. Once products leaves our facility the shipping company is responsible for the package. Any issues with damaged, lost or stolen items must be brought to the attention of the shipping company by the customer and then communicated to us via telephone, email or the contact us section of our site. Path Coffee Roasters is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items while in the possession of the shipping company but we can help with the claims process. Customers are responsible for the cost to ship any products back to Path Coffee Roasters for a refund or credit, including any damage incurred while in transit back to us.
